The interior includes a white and bright aluminum liner along with coved corners and stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. Built-in fan motor ensures efficient airflow for consistent, even cooling. The AF23's self-closing door opens at a 90° angle. The door is lockable and field reversible to keep food safe and protected after dining hours.
