La Cayetana is the project of Emilia Soler, wife of Eduardo Soler of Ver Sacrum. She makes these amazing wines in her converted garage! Deep ruby, big nose showing some oak. Big round and full in the mouth, very smooth, not heavy. Lovely fruit upfront with the oak showing through on the long finish. Perfect with a steak! This is excellent.
