Now this wine was quite a surprise! Handpicked grapes, and low sulphite content. It is very pale and clear with strong tropical and citrus flavours upfront, gentle acidity and a delicious bone dry finish. I don’t normally go for Sauvignon Blanc’s as they’re generally too sharp and “fruity” for me personally, but this wine is quite the contrast to typical Chilean Sauvignon! As a “dry white” I think it’s a great option for summer drinking.
