Made from molasses, known as 'black gold', it ages for several years in former American Bourbon barrels, at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, before being blended to give a rich flavor. The final blend showcases the spirit of Don Papa, overflowing with aromas of citrus and vanilla on the nose, while being filled with notes of candied tropical fruits and honey with a long bold finish of dried raisins and charred oak.
