Greek caramelised figs that have been inspired by the traditional Italian recipe of the Emilia Romagna province. A unique dessert with fresh figs from Evia, sugar and lemon peel. No preservatives. They can accompany cheeses, especially goat cheese and blue cheese, savoury meats like prosciutto or bacon, and sweets such as ice cream or yogurt. They also pair nicely with nuts, citrus, and herbs.
