The classic Formosa Oolong from Taiwan is known for its refined, sweet flavour with notes of nuts and peach. This tea is well suited as a Five O’Clock Tea or After Dinner Tea. It contains no tannic acid and therefore does not turn bitter.We recommend placing the leaves directly in the teapot and leaving them in during brewing. Profile:This classic Formosa Oolong is a fine everyday quality with brown, semi-twisted leaves. The tea is oxidised to approximately 60% and falls flavour-wise between green and black tea. It offers a soft, rounded bouquet with notes of spiced honey and stone fruit. Recommended preparation:100°C water / 6 g per litre of water. Brewing time:8 minutes
