This tea is only harvested a few days in each picking period (3-4 times per year) and is counted among the world’s best teas. Ceylon Silvertip is a very rare, large-leaf white tea with a mild and sweet honey-like flavour. The bouquet on this tea is incredibly delicate and we therefore recommend that it be enjoyed without food. Recommended preparation: 80 °C water/8 g. per liter water. Time: 10 minutes.
