Soft and elegant organic white top shot tea from the highlands of Mozambique. This tea is harvested only a few days in each picking period (3-4 times per year) and is a bit of a “hidden gem”. Not many people know about the wonderful teas that come from Mozambique. The plantations stretch up to 2000 meters altitude, which helps to make the taste more complex. Up here, the tea bushes grow more slowly. Mozambique Silvertip is a very rare, large-leaved white tea with a mild and sweet nutty taste. We only get very few amounts of this tea. Profile: A top quality consisting of the upper, tender top shoots. A sweet flavour profile with spicy notes of honey, nutty and umami. Recommended preparation: 80°C water / 10 g. per liter water Time: 8-10 minutes.
